ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for entry into first academic year, candidates must have STPM, A-Levels, Malaysian Matriculation, Good UEC and Good SPM or any other equivalent results.

Students with exceptionally good SPM/O-Levels results may apply for entry into Pre-Medical Course which can be done in the Russian Federation.

Candidates must be physically healthy. It is necessary for all candidates to undergo a medical examination and blood test that includes a test for HIV and Hepatitis. In the event a candidate is unable to continue his/her studies due to health reasons, he/she will have to return home at his/her own personal expense.

All applicants for Undergraduate admission must submit the following:
Fully completed application for admissions 
form.
Fully completed visa application form.
6 photocopy of your SPM and/or STPM results (verified by your school). Testimonial, certificates of achievements and other school transcripts to support your application. Forecast results will have to be supported by trial exam results and upper secondary report card. *
A report from your Doctor on your general state of health. A blood test must accompany this report. HIV and Hepatitis test is mandatory (2 set). An X-ray of the chest is required too.
6 photocopies of your Birth Certificate (certified copy) and 6 translated copies (English) in A4 papers.
29 non-glossy passport size Colour photographs and 10 black&white non-glossy passport size photographs.
6 photocopies of International Passport (pages with relevant biodata only and valid for at least 2 years).
6 photocopies of Identity Card in A4 papers (verified by your school).
2 set of fully completed Borang KP/SSLN/2002 from the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
Letter from your bank, indicating financial ability to complete the course.
* Postgraduate applicants must submit a certified copy of their Masters Degree Diploma together with a full record of subjects covered and marks achieved.

List of publications, if there are any, and provide a short summary on plans for future research work.

Applicants for advanced degrees (M.A./M.Sc., Ph.D., D.Sc.) must have their prior degree in the same field. This is a stricter requirement than in some  countries, including the United States

Candidates admitted into higher educational institutions are provided with the following:
Hostel with basic facilities.
Medical care in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
Candidates themselves must meet all travel expenses. Russian institutions of higher education are not responsible for accommodating families of candidates staying in Russia.
It is recommended that all students coming to Russia:
Have proper clothes for all seasons, especially warm clothes for the cold weather.
Provide at least RM800.00 (outside Moscow) / RM1000.00 (inside Moscow) per month for food, travelling and personal needs.
Have a return ticket or sufficient funds to return home upon completion of studies, or in case of emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Health insurance is compulsory.
